What is the delivery time?
Ordered before 10 p.m. on working days? Then it will be delivered to you the next day (the Netherlands). Do you live outside the Netherlands? Then it takes an average of 2-4 days.
We ship your order via DHL or PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail immediately after shipment, so that you can track your order. If you are not at home during the delivery, the delivery person will try to offer the package again the next day. Did the second delivery attempt also fail? Then the delivery person ensures that the package is delivered to a pick-up location in the area. It is also possible that the delivery person delivers the package to the neighbors. In both cases, the delivery person will leave a note in the letterbox with more information.
If the package is not collected from the pick-up location within two weeks, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you about the further processing of your order.
Which countries do you ship to?
We send your order for € 3.95 (letter post) or € 6.95 (parcel post) to addresses within the Netherlands.
Shipping is free for orders over € 50.
Do you live in Belgium or Luxembourg? Then the shipping costs are € 8.95. For other countries, enter the zip code and see the shipping costs. We ship internationally.
Returns & Guarantees
How do I return my product?
First of all, we find it annoying that the product is not what you wanted and hope to be able to ensure that you get something that you are completely satisfied with. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason (although we would like to hear what was wrong so that we can continue to improve). After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.
The return costs are for your own account, this is approximately € 6.95 per package. For the exact rates, consult the website of the desired carrier.
If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. The products must also be undamaged, clean and unwashed.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of the return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

When will I get my money back?
When returning the entire order, we will refund the entire amount, excluding shipping costs. Within 14 days after reporting the return, we will refund the amount due. For the refund we use the same payment method that you used to pay for your order. There are no extra costs for you. You are only liable for a depreciation if items do not arrive in their original condition and packaging.
The refund will take effect when the returned products are received by us in good condition or when you have provided proof that the goods have been returned by you.
The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. A manufacturer's warranty also applies to some products. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.
Complaints & Disputes
Do you have a complaint? We find that very annoying and we will do everything we can to make you happy again. We recommend that you first report complaints about our service or products to us via [email protected] You will receive a substantive response from us within 2 days of receiving your complaint.
From February 15, 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found via https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not being processed by us, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
